Payment Modes
You can make payments to your orders in diffrent modes....
  1.Using Internet Banking( PayU Money)
  You can make payments for your orders through internet banking by selecting the payment mode as "Internet Banking" in the order form.This is the most easy and accurate way to make order in Fenixindia. The steps are given below.
 
a) Select Payment mode as Internet Banking in the order form.and click on finish checkout
 
b) You will now proceed to an order confirmation page showing your order number and total amount to pay .Please remember the order number and amount and click on "Pay With PayUMoney Internet Banking" button.
 
c) You will be redirected to the payment gate way of PayUMoney.In the page Enter the amount to pay as order amount and click on Make Payment button.
 
d) On next page select your payment option is it Debit/Credit card or NetBanking
  If you select NetBanking a page shown below will appear and select your bank from the list
 
   
  If you select Credit/Debit Card a page shown below will appear and enter card details
 
   
  Eenter your mobile number and email id then click on the green PAY button on the bottom.
   
 

From this point onwards you will be redirected to your payment confirmation service of your bank. After completing successfully the verification and the payment ,the page will be redirected to PayUMoney and then to fenixindia.com.

Till you reach to the fenixindia.com you must not cancell navigation,refresh page,close the browser or disconnect internet.If you do so your order will be incomplete and we cannot process your order.

After the payment process you will return to fenixindia.com and a checkout invoice will receive with your payment details.

  For the successfull payments your order's status will change to Paid By NB.
  If the amount you paid is less than the actaul order amount the status will be " Part Paid By NB". The remaining amount also you have to pay again to process your order fromn Fenixindia.

2. Cash On Delivery
You can make payments as Cash On Delivery .This may chargable which depands on the amount of orders.For more details please contact us on .09020090300
3. To Bank Account
You can make payment of our bank account as Cash deposite,NEFT or RTGS modes.The account details are given below.(NB:This may be chargable for Non Home branch Cash deposit .)

  5. Using State Bank Buddy
 

  State Bank Buddy is State Bank of India's mobile wallet on your smartphone. It is a semi-closed prepaid wallet which can be used to transfer money to other wallet users and bank accounts, anytime, anywhere.
 

By using this you can pay to fenixindia from your smart phones.

  How it Works.
  By following simple steps you can pay the amount of your orders in www.fenixindia.com .
  1) Dowload State Bank Buddy to Android or Apple Smart phones from https://www.sbi.co.in/buddy/index.htm and install it.
 
2) Register your account with buddy.
 
Customers have two options by which they can register through
 

a) Facebook

b) Sign Up with Mobile Number

 

To sign up, you need to do the following -

1. If you select Facebook Sign Up option, enter your Facebook username and password

2. If you select sign up option, then you will have to enter mobile number (mandatory) and email (mandatory)

3. After successful validation, you will be displayed the mobile number or you will have to enter the mobile number (for Facebook Connect option)

4. You have to set up PIN for accessing mWallet service 5. Simultaneously, you will get a welcome message with One Time Password (OTP) on mobile as SMS and to the email ID, if provided.

6. Enter the OTP, select a Security Question from the dropdown and type your answer as prompted & submit the request. (You will be allowed 3 trials to enter the correct OTP)

7. If OTP is not received by you, then use the 'Resend OTP' link Upon successful registration, you will be registered for State Bank Buddy. A success message will be sent on your mobile and/or email.

 

How to Send Money to Non SBI customers?

Before sending money to SBI or non-SBI customers from you contact list, one needs to add money in your wallet. Which can be done by net banking, debit card or IMPS.

You can select Send Money option in the app and enter the following:

1) Recipient's mobile number : Our Mobile Number for Buddy is 9020090300

2) Enter exact amount of your order to pay

3) In the Description field enter your order number in fenixindia.com to which you have to pay

 

4) And continue for sending money to the recipient.

5) Recipient will have to enter a passcode which will be sent to you, once you have initiated a Send Money request.

6) You will have to share the passcode separately with the recipient to customercare@fenixindia.com or call on 9020090300 to enable him/her to retrieve the amount.

NB: Please inform uswith details about your payment ,if your order status remains as "Pending" even after two days of payment to speed up dispatch.
